Hey there, I’m Paul and this is my wife, Erin. We are the pair of cold Canadians behind Sauna Squad. What began as a way to beat the winter blues morphed into a lifelong love affair with the sauna life. Since that fateful search for an infrared sauna for our basement, we’ve been on a lifelong journey of getting our sweat on.
It ignited a passion that we’ve decided to share with the world, in the form of blogging and building community with people in Canada, the United States, Europe and across the world.
